Tour Price Includes

Your tour includes all coach transportation per the tour itinerary, roundtrip airport transfers at destination, services of a Fun Tours director or professional tour director/host, lodging, sightseeing, all taxes and tips on included meals and sightseeing, all admissions, gratuities for bellmen, and meals as indicated on each day of the tour itinerary. Gratuities are included on Signature air and coach tours for your tour director and driver, as well as local guides. Air transportation is included on all air tours.

Changes in Tour Price

Tour prices in this publication are effective as of September 15, 2011 and subject to fluctuation due to the U.S. dollar exchange rates and energy rates. Our best effort has been made to publish this information as accurately as possible. The right is reserved to correct tour rates as deemed necessary by current currency and fuel price conditions.

Due to the volatility of airfares and flight schedules, tours utilizing air transportation are subject to change both in price and routing.

  • 46 Days or More - Full Refund
  • 45 to 31 Days - 20% of the Tour Cost
  • 30 to 16 Days - 40% of the Tour Cost
  • 15 Days or less to departure - No Refund
Domestic Air & Rail Tours
  • 65 Days or More - Full Refund
  • 64 to 45 Days - 30% of the Tour Cost
  • 44 to 30 Days - 50% of the Tour Cost
  • 29 to 15 Days - 80% of the Tour Cost
  • 14 Days or less to departure - No Refund

  • 91 Days or More - Full Refund
  • 90 to 61 Days - 50% of the Tour Cost
  • 60 to 30 Days - 75% of the Tour Cost
  • 30 Days or less to departure - No Refund
Canada, Nova Scotia Cruise
  • 76 Days or More - Full Refund
  • 75 to 57 Days - $400 per person
  • 56 to 29 Days - 50% of the rate
  • 28 to 16 Days - 75% of the rate

Danube Cruise
  • 91 Days or more - $100 per person
  • 90 to 66 Days - 60% of the Tour Cost
  • 65 to 35 Days - 70% of the Tour Cost
  • 34 to 20 Days - 90% of the Tour Cost
  • 19 Days or less to departure - No Refund
New York Broadway & Baseball
  • From initial date of deposit to 65 Days prior to departure - $300 per person
  • 64 to 30 Days - 50% of the Tour cost
  • 29 to Day of departure - No Refund
Alaska Cruise
  • Up to 75 Days - Full Refund
  • 74 to 57 Days - Deposit
  • 56 to 29 Days - 50% of the Tour cost
  • 28 to 15 Days - 75% of the Tour cost
  • 14 to Day of departure - No Refund

Cancellation Insurance

Required Documentation for Air Tours & International Travel

Domestic Air Tours
A government-issued photo I.D. is required for all domestic air tours within the United States

Tours Entering Canada
A valid U.S. passport is required to enter Canada by air. This requirement also applies for Alaska cruises as you will disembark in Vancouver, British Columbia. Tours entering Canada by land will require a valid U.S. passport or passport card.

International Travel
A valid U.S. passport that does not expire within six (6) months from the date of your return is required for all international tours.

Airport Check-In

Travelers must provide positive identification in the form of a valid passport or valid government-issued photo I.D. at the time of airport check-in. No other documentation will be accepted by the airlines. NOTE: Due to airline security measures, your photo I.D. or passport name must match your airline ticket name or you may be denied aircraft boarding.

What's Not Included?

Tours do not include any departure taxes assessed by foreign airports at the time you leave the country. These must be paid in cash at the airport. Baggage charges, items of personal nature, meals not included in the itinerary, sightseeing attractions listed as optional excursions, fuel surcharges, gratuities to tour director and driver on non-Signature tours, gratuities for ship staff on cruises, passport and visa fees are not included.

Changes in Itinerary

The order of events and hotels scheduled are subject to change. Every effort will be made to preserve the original quality of attractions and hotels when circumstances necessitate a substitution.

Travel Responsibility

Fun Tours and Allied Tour & Travel act only as agents for suppliers. For airlines and coach carriers involved in transportation and any other tour companies participating in the program, Fun Tours has no responsibility in whole or in part for any delays, delayed departure or arrival, missed carrier connections, loss, damage, or injury to person or property or mechanical defect, failure, or negligence of any nature whatsoever caused in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services or any substitution of hotels or of common carrier equipment beyond their control, with or without notice, or for any additional expenses occasioned thereby.

Rates are subject to change therein at or before the time of departure. No revisions of the printed itinerary parts included features are anticipated; however, the right is reserved to make any changes, with or without notice, that might become necessary with the mutual understanding that any additional expenses will be paid by the individual passenger. Baggage is at the owners’ risk throughout the tour, unless insured.

The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of these tours at any time. The airlines and other transportation companies concerned are not to be held liable for any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are on board their conveyances. The passage contract in use, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the company (companies) and the passenger and/or purchaser of this trip. Application for reservation on any tour indicates full acceptance of the foregoing conditions along with the published cancellation fees and other “terms and conditions.”
